Services The main services offered by Bob the Bankbuster are: 1) Advice and guidance contained on this website. Clients may use any of the resources on this website for their own claim free of charge. 2) Some free advice and guidance by email – I am always happy to give informal advice by email, although there is a limit to how detailed I can be in specific cases simply because of the sheer number of enquiries that I receive. 3) Preparation of all the papers for making a claim and submitting the papers on behalf of the client; handling everything throughout the claim process until final resolution. This is the service that I was offering through 2006 and the first half of 2007. The fee that I charge for this service is £150 payable on successful outcome (£250 for claims over £5,000). Unfortunately, with the current impasse with the test case, I have over 40 claims on hold in the court system. Therefore, I am unable to take on new clients at the moment (July 08). 4) Court papers preparation service. You send me the listing of charges and I prepare the papers for you to submit yourself to your local court. See court papers service. In all cases, I suggest that you first read the section on the claims process; then obtain the information on what charges have been applied to your account.
