Services Bob the Bankbuster does not offer any commercial services. Although the business was regulated by the Ministry of Justice under the provisions of the Claims Regulations legislation, there is a potential conflict with the Solicitors Act in providing fee earning services. Therefore, the services are limited to: 1) Advice and guidance contained on this website. Clients may use any of the resources on this website for their own claim free of charge. 2) Some free advice and guidance by email – I am always happy to give informal advice by email, although there is a limit to how detailed I can be in specific cases simply because of the sheer number of enquiries that I receive. In all cases, I suggest that you first read the section on the claims process; then obtain the information on what charges have been applied to your account.
